As part of our newly established digital strategy unit Impact Studios, you will join a fresh and driven team of digital strategists, tech talents & AI experts with the creative freedom and start-up mentality of a young business, while benefiting from the backing and building power of a fast-growing, established tech pioneer.

Impact Studios has built expertise in three verticals : Transformation Studios : We help clients to build powerful AI teams & drive the adoption of AI in the teams.

Product Studios : We build digital Products & Services from the Idea to Go-to-Market LowCode Studios : We identify AI opportunities and build fast & pragmatic Solutions using LowCode NoCode environments..

Key Responsibilities : Help to analyze market dynamics, user- & business needs to identify AI opportunities.

Together with your team you will conceptualize new AI solutions, products, services and business models or define strategies to drive AI transformations Collaborate with our technical teams and define how AI, data, and cloud technologies bring our ideas and concepts alive Assist in the delivery of digital initiatives from research over implementation to upskilling and adoption.

Track project milestones and contribute to reports and presentations.

Learn & Grow with Us As a young team we invite all members to define the growth strategy, service portfolio and day to day methodology of the Impact Studios Participate in brainstorming sessions, innovation workshops, and strategic reviews.

Help develop business cases and learn how to translate technical ideas into business value.

Stay Curious Research market trends and emerging technologies.

Bring fresh perspectives to improve how we work and how our clients succeed.

Requirements University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies or equal Initial work experience (internship or junior role) in innovation or digital projects, tech consulting, or business / IT analysis High affinity to Innovation and emerging technlogies including AI Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to solve problems with data and logic.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for innovation.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

German is a plus.
